Absolutely. In an ideal situation both members would come together. In the absence of a willing partner, however, positive change can still happen when one person comes into therapy. Any change one of the two makes will affect the other person and thus the relationship.

I am unavailable outside of office hours but suggest you call the Crisis Center at (920)436-8888 if you have an emergency situation.

Because client hours are limited, it is important to make them available to those who need them. We require 24 hours notice of a cancellation or you will be charged the full fee for that appointment. We will work with you if there are unusual extenuating reasons for the shorter notice.

Once you have called and we mutually agree you can benefit from our services, I will schedule an appointment with you. Appointments are from 45 to 50 minutes. Frequency of appointments depends on the situation. The initial appointment is used to gather detailed information about you and your situation. It is also a chance for you to get to know me and develop a comfort level. We will together lay out a treatment plan and specific goals. We will both decide when we feel you have reached your goals and can discontinue coming.

I am an approved provider for many insurance companies. I encourage you to check with yours to see if I am on their approved list. In the event I am not, let me know and I will make every effort to become approved. Otherwise, I will be considered an "out of network" provider.

This varies depending on insurance coverage, if any.  Your role is to check your coverage before talking with us. We can then give you an estimated cost prior to your first counseling session.

In the event you are not insured or your insurance does not cover the complete cost, I accept cash, check or credit card.
